customer service, and excellent quality. Word of mouth spread quickly and they became well known in the area.
L & G Enterprises (Louis & Gerry) would take on many different jobs, from insurance repair work, to restorations, to suspension lifts, and that was only during the week. On the weekend, they would help out in the local communities, in car shows, parades, and other events. Louie would enter cars that he painted and they were always winning top awards at these shows.
Then, some of their friends in the industry came along and gave them an opportunity to be in a national show called SEMA (Specialty Equipment Manufacturer Association). This gave the business much more exposure. The business started to receive awards from Ford Motor Co., and also had magazine articles written about the work they've done on many of these SEMA vehicles. In the mean time, they were also getting recognized by top insurance companies for the quality of the work they were doing.
